STEP
1: SEARCH FOR DONOR
You may review
our free condensed egg donor profiles, at your leisure. There is
no password or user ID required. The condensed profiles provide
you with brief information about the egg donors, such as age, height,
weight, complexion, hair color, eye color, ethnic origin, education,
egg donor experience, availability, etc., together with a photo,
to assist you in your search.
STEP 2: REGISTER
WITH EDSI
After reviewing
the free condensed egg donor profiles, you may register with EDSI
online for access to the detailed egg donor profiles.
We will contact you within 24 business hours to activate your
username and password.
Upon registration, your account will become active, and you will obtain
your recipient ID and password. The ID and password allow you access
to the detailed profiles, which contain personal information, medical
information, family history, education, characteristics and preferences
of the egg donors. Your account will remain active for five days.
If you require additional time, you may call our offices.
STEP 3: RESERVE
DONORS
After reviewing
the detailed donor profiles, and identifying your ideal donor(s),
you have the option to reserve up to 2 available donors
for a period of 72 hours. If you choose to reserve your
donor(s) you may do so online. You will be charged an online
fee of $200. During this time, one of our caring staff
professionals will contact you to discuss and assist you through
your selections, and to answer any further questions and concerns
you may have to make your final selection.
If you do not
wish to reserve the donor(s), you may contact us for any additional
questions or concerns about the donor(s).
STEP 4: REMAINING STEPS
After you have selected a donor, we will start the matching process.
A staff professional will guide you through all necessary steps,
including coordination and facilitation of appointments and contacts
between you, the donor, counselors, attorneys and your fertility
specialist.
Our goal is to make your egg donor search and selection experience
as easy and rewarding as possible.
